What we collect. When you submit a franchise enquiry, we collect:

• your full name;
• your phone number;
• your email address (optional);
• your proposed city and state;
• whether you have a potential retail space (optional);
• your business experience (optional);
• your message (optional);
• your consent to be contacted.

Why we collect it. Only to review and respond to your franchise enquiry and to discuss next steps with you.

How it is sent and stored. The form sends your details to Formspree, which forwards them to our email inbox at hello@kilomegamart.com. Enquiries are kept in this inbox, and only our management team can access them.

How long we keep it. Up to 24 months after our last contact, unless you become a franchise partner.

Sharing. We do not sell your details. We share them only with service providers that help us receive enquiries (such as Formspree) or where the law requires.

Your choices. You can ask us to access, correct or delete your details, or withdraw your consent, by emailing hello@kilomegamart.com.

Cookies and third parties. The site itself does not set tracking cookies. The website is hosted by Cloudflare, and enquiries are sent through Formspree. We do not use analytics or advertising trackers.
